Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather business requirements for new projects
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop process flows, user stories, and technical documentation
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical alignment with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
