What You Will Do
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of requirements gathering, documentation, and solution implementation. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and clients to ensure that our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and user needs to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to ensure alignment across all teams.
- Create detailed wireframes, process maps, and mockups using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Balsamiq.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks early in the SDLC.
- Act as the primary point of contact for reporting status updates and gathering feedback to senior leadership.
- Maintain and update the product backlog in Jira to ensure the development team has clear direction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), or Tableau.
- Experience working within an Agile or Scrum development environment is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and systems integration.
