Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements
- Perform data analysis using SQL and BI tools to identify trends and support decision-making
- Develop process flows, data models, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business and development teams
- Validate solutions through testing and documentation to ensure quality delivery
- Monitor KPIs and provide continuous improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with proven track record
- Expertise in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries preferred
