Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and document processes
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate workshops to align technical teams with business objectives
- Document requirements in BRDs/SRDs and maintain traceability matrices
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with SaaS or fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience documenting requirements in BRDs/SRDs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
