Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to ensure alignment
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage risk mitigation, budget tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and quality
- Drive post-project reviews and implement lessons learned
- Maintain JIRA/Asana dashboards for real-time progress visibility
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS/tech
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record of managing $1M+ budgets
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
