Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements and needs.
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist in the creation of user stories, use cases, and functional specifications documents.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and reporting initiatives.
- Facilitate requirement workshops and act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and think critically.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and project management aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
