Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Create data models, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts into business value
- Validate solutions through testing and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Document business processes, requirements, and project deliverables
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in requirements management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
