Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document workflows and identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems/processes
- Track KPIs and provide recommendations for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with part-time flexibility
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and process mapping
- Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
- Portfolio demonstrating data analysis projects preferred
