Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Develop process flows, data models, and documentation for system enhancements
- Create detailed reports and visualizations using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops to validate solutions and gather feedback
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and business needs
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new processes
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience creating process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
