Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Create and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools for data visualization
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize requirements
- Conduct data quality assessments and recommend data governance enhancements
- Support project teams through UAT and implementation phases
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience documenting requirements using UML/SysML notation
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Local Sacramento candidates preferred
