Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth interviews and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and project scope.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, automation, and cost reduction.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional technical specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize system logic.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular progress reports to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
