Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliverables
- Analyze data trends to identify growth opportunities and process improvements
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track business performance
- Maintain requirements traceability matrix throughout project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PMP certification
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional projects to completion
- Familiarity with healthcare or financial services industries a plus
