Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop detailed data models and KPI dashboards using SQL and Tableau
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure sprint deliverables align with business goals
- Document requirements in JIRA and maintain traceability matrices
- Collaborate with data engineers to implement ETL pipelines
- Conduct ROI analysis and present business cases for process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP preferred
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
