Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose optimization strategies
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and solutions
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation artifacts
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and workshops with executive stakeholders
- Validate solution effectiveness through testing and performance metrics
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure sprint deliverables align with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering projects in regulated industries (finance/healthcare a plus)
- Portfolio demonstrating requirement documentation and process improvement examples
