- Assist in creating and maintaining process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Generate and present regular reports to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Perform gap analysis to compare current business processes against industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with SQL or basic database concepts is a plus.
