Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to define system specifications
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product roadmaps
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure project success and business impact
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Manage Jira backlogs and ensure agile sprint alignment
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for product enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
