Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to align on project objectives
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize project workflows and deliverables
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges
- Monitor KPIs and project performance, providing regular updates to executive leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience with IT/software development focus
- Proven PMP or Agile certification (Scrum Master, CSM)
- Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Experience in Detroit metro market preferred
