Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Process Optimization: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend data-backed solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure everyone understands data insights and business requirements.
- Requirements Gathering: Participate in meetings and workshops to define business needs and document functional requirements accurately.
- Market Research: Assist in conducting research to provide competitive intelligence and market analysis support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) and PowerPoint.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about business processes and data integrity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships or academic projects are highly valued).
