Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements, scope, and project objectives.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and user stories to visualize complex workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business units and IT development teams to ensure alignment.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications and technical manuals.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working within an Agile development environment is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
