Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Document requirements using UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives and deliverables
- Develop data models and conduct thorough data analysis to support decision-making
- Create comprehensive test cases and validate solution efficacy
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Maintain JIRA backlogs and ensure Agile sprint alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong background in process mapping and requirements documentation
- Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
