Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Validate solution feasibility through cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) to ensure alignment
- Track KPIs and measure project outcomes against business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Strong experience with SDLC and agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Proven track record of delivering process improvement projects
- Familiarity with healthcare or financial services industry regulations
