Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation for enterprise systems
- Analyze complex business processes using BPMN and data modeling techniques
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across IT, product, and executive teams
- Develop test plans and validate solution efficacy through UAT cycles
- Create dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI/Tableau
- Coordinate Agile sprints and manage JIRA backlogs
- Document SOPs and process improvements for 15+ department workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years in business analysis with healthcare/fintech exposure
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA preferred
- Expertise in SQL, Excel advanced functions, and process mapping tools
- Proven experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating requirements specifications and process redesigns
