Responsibilities

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Support UAT testing and provide post-implementation analysis
- Present findings to leadership through clear visual reports and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or project coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Basic knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
