Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using data-driven methodologies
- Document requirements through user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align technical solutions with business goals
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Validate project outcomes against KPIs and recommend continuous improvements
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure seamless system integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM) required
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries preferred
