Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews, workshops, and requirements analysis to capture business needs and translate them into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for optimization and automation.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process diagrams (BPMN), use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data to drive insights and support decision-making, preparing reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA and technical teams to define test cases, validate solutions, and ensure successful system implementation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with requirement gathering tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
