Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to deployment using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and ensure timely delivery of complex technology initiatives
- Stakeholder management and executive reporting on project status
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects in fast-paced environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with SaaS or cloud infrastructure projects
