Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define clear project scopes, goals, and deliverables with key stakeholders to ensure strict alignment with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Facilitate regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain team momentum and morale.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and roadblocks proactively.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges clearly to executive leadership and external clients.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Project Management, preferably within the Technology or IT sector.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Monday.com).
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a strong plus.
