Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews, workshops, and process analysis
- Create detailed business process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Analyze data using SQL and Excel to identify trends and support strategic decisions
- Develop wireframes and process documentation for development teams
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and document feedback
- Support project managers by tracking requirements and deliverables
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or project coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of SQL data querying and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology exposure preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
