Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements using data modeling and stakeholder interviews
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Create and maintain process flows, user stories, and wireframes to visualize solutions
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate project deliverables
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track performance and support data-driven decision making
- Document business requirements in clear, concise specifications and project artifacts
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions align with technical constraints and business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling (BPMN)
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating business needs into technical requirements
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies or CBAP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven experience leading requirement-gathering sessions and documenting specifications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful business process improvement initiatives
