Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Develop and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams on project goals and deliverables
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure project success
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and implementation
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or fintech
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and business process mapping (BPMN)
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
