Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and document requirements using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers to define project scope and deliverables.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in current workflows and systems.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reporting on business value and project status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with data modeling tools and requirement management software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
