Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with IT developers and project managers to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Conduct data analysis and create reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in the creation of process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Support the testing and quality assurance phases of software development projects (UAT).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, standards, and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) and basic SQL knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
