Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops across finance, operations, and IT departments to define project scope
- Develop comprehensive data models, user stories, and process flow diagrams using Lucidchart and Jira
- Validate solutions through UAT cycles and create detailed test scenarios
- Implement Agile methodologies to deliver projects within sprint timelines
- Generate KPI dashboards and performance metrics using Tableau
- Document SOPs and maintain requirements traceability matrices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS/financial services exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Expertise in Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Trello)
- Proven track record of documenting complex systems
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
