Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business objectives and pain points.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Design and maintain detailed business process maps, data flow diagrams, and wireframes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and document gaps in current processes and propose innovative solutions for improvement.
- Monitor project metrics and KPIs to ensure deliverables meet business goals and quality standards.
- Act as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders during the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
