Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements analysis to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications for the development team.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather and validate requirements effectively.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test plans and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks related to scope creep.
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and future business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial or technology sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
