Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers, designers, and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budget compliance
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting
- Implement JIRA/Asana for workflow optimization and progress tracking
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing software development or IT projects
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
