Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and system specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Facilitate stakeholder presentations and translate technical findings into business solutions
- Support system implementations and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Document project deliverables and maintain clear audit trails
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMP) preferred but not required
