Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews and workshops
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed reports and visualizations using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Support project implementations by translating requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Facilitate meetings to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables
- Maintain and update process documentation and workflow diagrams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) preferred
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) a plus
