Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and pain points
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Document processes, workflows, and system specifications
- Develop detailed reports and dashboards for executive decision-making
- Facilitate requirements workshops and JAD sessions
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Validate solutions through UAT and provide post-implementation support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VBA preferred), and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience documenting requirements in UML/BPMN notation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- PMP or CBAP certification preferred
- Atlanta-based candidates with local client presence preferred
