Responsibilities
- Gather and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops

- Create comprehensive documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI for performance tracking

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role

- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
