Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions.
- Design and maintain complex data models and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Present findings and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
