Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, and wireframes.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Assist in the testing and validation of new systems and software implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and SQL is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
