Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify inefficiencies through data modeling and stakeholder interviews
- Document detailed requirements for software development and process optimization projects
- Create visual dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and desired future states
- Facilitate workshops to gather and prioritize business requirements
- Develop test cases and validate solution effectiveness post-implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation skills with experience creating BRDs and user stories
- Excellent communication abilities to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a part-time capacity
