Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable data analysis frameworks
- Design and implement SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define KPIs and success metrics
- Document processes using UML diagrams and user stories
- Validate data integrity and recommend system improvements
- Present findings to C-suite executives with compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel advanced functions, and data visualization tools
- Proven track record translating business needs into technical specifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
