- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Translate complex business needs into technical requirements for development teams
- Support UAT testing and validate solution effectiveness against business objectives
- Present findings through executive dashboards and visual reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional client meetings
