- Documentation: Create comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Testing & Validation: Assist in the quality assurance process by verifying solutions meet defined business requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the technology or consulting sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours (approx. 20-25 hours per week) while meeting deadlines.
