Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Develop data models and visualizations using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Create process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly documentation
- Track KPIs and performance metrics for continuous optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and process modeling
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
