- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights and present findings to management through clear reports and dashboards.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure successful project execution.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process maps, and functional specifications in tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Reporting: Monitor KPIs and produce regular performance reports to track project milestones.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a part-time or contract capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
