Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities using SQL and data visualization tools
- Document requirements, create user stories, and develop process flow diagrams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain and improve documentation using Confluence and Jira
- Mentor junior analysts and provide quality assurance on deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Agile/Scrum certification
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements for enterprise systems
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
