Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and process inefficiencies
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and continuous improvement cycles
- Document business rules, workflows, and system configurations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with requirement gathering methodologies (JAD, user stories)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
